Information
Rates are per unit and should be considered indicative. For guests staying longer than one week it is possible to request personalized estimates based on the length of stay and the number of guests.
Rates include:
- Utilities (electricity, water and gas)
- Weekly cleaning service (daily service available with extra charges);
- Linen and towels change: twice a week.
- Taxes (not tourist tax) and service.
Tourist tax is not included.
Premises and apartments are sanitized with ozonator.
Facilities
Each apartment is equipped with:
- Reception service for keys;
- High security door;
- Video entry phone;
- Heating (individually controlled in each room);
- Air conditioning (individually controlled in each room);
- Wi-fi is available in all the rooms and is free of charge;
- Led or Lcd satellite TV color;
- Safe box.
Additional bed
Double sofa bed, in “Michelangelo” and “Pietro” apartments:
€ 25,00 daily, individual use;
€ 50,00 daily, double use;
€ 150,00 weekly, individual use;
€ 300,00 weekly, double use;
Single bed, in "Isabella" apartment:
€ 25,00 daily;
€ 150,00 weekly.
Children
0-5 years old: free;
6-12 years old: 50% discount.

Booking Conditions
A credit card is required in order to book.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
DEPOSIT of 30% (by Bank Transfer of Credit Card) charged upon reservation.
BALANCE to be paid at the arrival by credit card or cash.
Remember that we may have access to credit card and charge the deposit before arrival.
Cancellation Conditions
More than 30 days before arrival: the 1st night is charged.
30 days to 1 day before arrival: 30% of the total reservation is charged.
No show and early departure: 100% of the total booking is charged.
